While this is a family friendly resort, all wedding events are kid-free. The hotel offers baby sitting at your own expense, and there is a free kids club open from 9 am to 5 pm. If you chose to bring your family, only invited guests will be allowed at wedding events.
No, only guests invited on the Formal Invitation are invited to the wedding events. We wish we could accommodate plus ones but, we wish to keep our wedding small and intimate.
All rooms must be reserved by June 1st, 2026 and paid in full by July 8th 2026. To secure your reservation you will need to make a deposit of $100. After that, you can chose to make incremental payments, or pay in full by July 8th.
Airfare and transfers from the airport to the hotel are not included. On the Destination Information page, you will find a link to book transfers based on the flight you chose, or you can use uber as a transfer service. Our resort is only a 15 - minute drive from the airport.
Yes, our group rates apply to dates October 18th 2026 until October 29th 2026. The resort requires a 3-night minimum stay. We recommend coming Friday to Monday or Thursday to Sunday. You are more than welcome to book more than 3-nights, but you can not book less than.
Reserving your room through our room block is enough for us. If you don't reserve a room by June 1st 2026, you will be counted as a NO. That is why it is important to book your room through our block. If you would like to let us know directly that you can't make it, you can submit a personal one under the RSVP section.
Please send all allergies or special accommodations to our planner. You can do this by emailing AFNGWED@gmail.com please put your name in the subject line and explain your allergy.
Not to fear, this just means the allotted amount of that room type in our block is filled, luckily there is more of them. Please give the resort 48 hours to release more of that desired room type to our block after submitting the request. Rooms are at a first come first serve basis. If there is no more of that room type, the travel agency will reach out to you to help find your next best option.
